WINTER MUSINGS
It's Sunday morning drinking coffee time......
Sweetie is on his bicycle trainer. Since the weather has not been friendly enough lately to hit the road, Sweetie just got a "trainer" in that he can put his bicycle on and do it in the house. Yesterday he went for an hour and made 17 miles out of it. (well, he's only been going about 5 minutes now and he just came out of his t-shirt!)

Here is a picture of a "bear". This feller currently resides on Highway 10 in Yell County. A tree was uprooted, and the owner commissioned a local "artist" to make something of it. The tree was placed back in the ground, and the man started in with his chainsaw. He has a regular job so this is going on in his spare time. It's been going slowly, but appears to be taking shape.

Hmm. What else is new. I got two seed catalogs in the mail. So now I put myself to sleep planning what I want to do this Spring. Right now I'm considering blueberries. I've never grown these, but I sure do like them. Also, they are pretty costly in the stores. I get the frozen ones to put on my morning grape-nuts.
Okay, I'm cold now. Sweetie just turned on the ceiling fan and the thermostat just got turned down, but he's dripping sweat. I did get him a towel to save the carpet. I think I'll get another cup of coffee and go watch the redbirds feeding out my window.
