THE LAST POST ---- for 2008
Before we could get to Christmas, we had graduation at Arkansas Tech University. I am so very proud of my eldest son. He graduated from the nursing school. This was no small feat for a 34 year old husband and father of three girls.
Daughter and daughter-in-law always rush to see who can open their look alike present first.
Two of the granddaughters cleaning up the wrapping paper mess. lol
I have a red or white ball with the name of each family member written on it. I use to hang them on the tree, but they don't fit on the tree we use now. So, I put them on goblets on top of the mantel. It seems to make the kids feel special. After they would come by for a visit, I would find the balls re-arranged with certain ones placed in a more prominent "place of honor".
That's about it for December and 2008. We've already started the salads and exercise thing. I guess we are looking for 2009 to be the Year of Good Health. But, we'll talk about that next year.
Se ya.....
