SUMMER TIME AND THE LIVIN IS EASY

Well, we finally got the waterfall to our pond reworked. (Sort of, notice the post hole digger in the background. We had the dirt piled up for nearly a year, but couldn't make a decision on how to go aout it. Sweetie finally just jumped in and gotter done. And, he did literally jump in the pond several times this spring. The pond got so gunky that he had to clean out the filter over and over. Before that the garter snakes hatched and started coming out from under the pond. We were about ready to fill in the pond and see what "smoked koi" might taste like. But, we calmed down, bought a high powered outside the pond filter with a UV light, and the snakes have gone back underground.
